I just wanted to send you a huge thank you for what a wonderful job you and your team did in taking care of the Purvis’s. Loryn just e-mailed me a detailed follow up of their trip and said it would not have been the same without the extra touches from Pallenberg – from the private guided tour of the Vatican (she said she felt like she should’ve taken notes because the guide was so knowledgable) to the first class train rides and the highlight of their trip: the sightseeing transfer between Siena and Florence. You really outdid yourselves and I appreciate you spoiling my clients! I look forward to sending more customers your way, thanks again for everything!
